Time Dashboard

IXM Time Dashboard shows real-time attendance data of all or a group of Employees to the administrator.

 

By default, the dashboards present data for the current date, but you can change the date by clicking on the Calendar icon at the top of the page.

 

Moreover, you have the option to filter the data based on specific organization hierarchy. Simply click on the icon also positioned at the top of the page to access the filtering feature.

Field Description of Time Dashboard

The various dashboards are described below:

 

Overview

It shows the overall attendance summary: Present, Absent, Leave, Late In, Early Out, Week Off, Holiday and Total count, for the selected date in the calendar.

 

 

It will even show a detailed view for each parameter when clicked on.

 

 

Pending Requests:

It shows the number of leave applications, attendance correction, overtime authorization requests pending for approval, and web check-in / out.

 

 

Attendance Trends

It will show attendance data for all Employees or a selected group of Employees on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

 

Real Time Attendance

It will show total occupancy as per the attendance policy configured. It refreshes every 10 seconds.

 

 

Events:

It will show Employees on leave and / or having a birthday from the selected calendar date to either next 7 days or next 30 days.
